Redemption Ticket - Customer is to scan the QR code atGenting SkyWorlds Theme Parks turnstile, register biometric before enter to the park.
Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after customer scan at the turnstile on their actual visit date.
Customer is NOT able to book VQ in advance after receiving the booking confirmation.
For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, they MUST retain their admission ticket for multiple entry to the park.

Child above 110CM is to purchase Adult ticket.
Please take note Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, rides and attractions that are scheduled to be closed for maintenance.

How to Use
Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after customer scan at the turnstile on their actual visit date.

Customer is to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park’s turnstile, register biometric before enter to the park.

Ticket valid until 15th December 2022 (Valid only on pre-selected visit date)
Adult above 110cm Child limit 90cm-110cm
Senior aged 60 above
Child ticket is not based on AGE but with Heights i.e. Child above 110CM is to purchase Adult ticket.
Customer that buy a wrong type of ticket (supposedly to buy Standard ticket but wrongly purchase Child ticket), strictly NO topped up is allow at the ticketing counter.
Customer is to refer back to the online channels where they buy the ticket from.
Genting SkyWorld will not allow customer to enter the park if customer bought wrong ticket.
Subjected to rides available on the day of visit.
All guest(s) must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Guest(s) must first show the digital vaccination certificate via the MySejahtera app before admission.
Please present your physical vaccination card if your digital vaccination certificate is not available, along with a form of Identification Card/ Passport for verification purposes.
Exceptions: Unvaccinated individuals who can enter the park are:- 18 years old and below (must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult).
Those with proof of medical condition, exempting them for taking the vaccine.
Pregnant mothers under 14 weeks or above 33 weeks of gestation.
Please provide your medical letter or doctors appointment card as proof.
Only fully vaccinated guests with Low Risk or Casual Contact Low Risk status is permitted to enter the park.
Guests with a body temperature above 37.5C; display flu-like symptoms; Confirmed Case; Persons Under Surveillance (PUS); and Persons Under Investigation (PUI); Close Contact; and Casual Contact With Symptoms are not permitted to enter the park.
For your wellbeing, wearing a face mask scanning of MySejahtera QR Code is mandatory.
Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park is a Rainy-Day Guarantee. When Rainy Day Guarantee has been activated, a push notification will be sent to those affected customers that visited the park in their Genting SkyWorlds (GSW) App.
The activation of the Rainy Day Guarantee is subject to Managements approval.
For all the affected guests visited the above dates, they will be offering a FREE return visit within the next 12 months (from the date of visit) if wet weather is activated for more than 2 hours on guest visit date.
No cash alternative is available and tickets cannot be sold or exchanged.
Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and return visit is subject to availability at time of rebooking.
Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and no further free visits will be offered.
The best way to enjoy Genting SkyWorlds is by downloading the Genting Skyworlds mobile app, registering your tickets and enabling notifications.
In the event of our Rainy Day Guarantee being activated, your will automatically receive a notification straight to your phone.
Guest is to approach the ticketing counter and show the QR code (presentation on original QR code on your first visit) and show the push notification that in GSW App to ticketing counter for verification before you are free to enter the theme park.
